Agile Magnetics is excited to announce that we’ll be exhibiting at the Applied Power Electronic Conference (APEC) at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, FL, from March 26-30. Featuring state-of-the-art power electronics, the APEC conference brings together industry leaders from across the country to network, view new technologies and innovations, and attend various educational seminars.
Focusing on practical and applied aspects of the power electronics field, APEC provides valuable opportunities for companies involved in all aspects all power electronics; equipment OEMs, power supply designers, component and assembly manufacturers and suppliers, test engineers, marketing and sales personnel, and compliance and quality engineers can all benefit from this event’s diverse offerings.
Seminar topics include device evaluation, circuit design, control techniques, system interactions, and industry standards, among many others. Three important, controversial topics will also be explored in-depth: “Power Electronic Architectures: Do We Need More or Have all the Topologies Been Invented?,” “Do We Need to Progress Towards GHz Switching in High Power Systems and Applications?,” and “3D Printing and Power Supply on Chip (PwrSoC)/Power Supply in Package (PSiP) vs. Discrete Designs.”
Social events and regional tourist events are also offered to provide attendees with opportunities to explore the beautiful area during their stay.
Agile at APEC
Agile Magnetics will be set up in Booth 1432 each day of the exhibition. Our team will be showcasing high-frequency power magnetic components. Our team will also be presenting our high-frequency FEA-optimized design services; these field simulations illustrate flux density and current density, allowing for design optimizations that reduce proximity losses and eddy current effects.
We can produce magnet wire coils in all sizes, diameters, and volumes to meet client specifications. Likewise, we can manufacture all types of transformers, including fly-back bias, forward converter, gate drive, resonant converter, and pulse, and our three-phase transformers are available as step-up, step-down, and auto. Finally, our 2KVA standalone voltage adapters allow us to meet specific high-precision, high-performance power needs.
All of these technologies will be on display at the APEC Conference, and our team will be hand to answer any questions you may have. To learn more about our services or hear more about our participation in this year’s conference, contact us today. We hope to see you there!
